A Shed of One's Own

I'm so inspired by these photos of Artemis Russell's weaving shed in London. The shed was a gift from her mom and built by her brothers. There are wonderful and inspiring photos galore and more info on her blog Junkaholic (here and here) and on her flicker stream.

I love the pictures of her brothers building the shed in the back garden of her London flat and seeing how Artemis transformed the tiny space into a working studio. The 4' x 6' shed is proof you can do a lot with a little space.

That's amazing to me. Sort of like Harry Potter, where they put up a small stent, but when they go inside, it's huge, with bunk beds. That is definitely inspiring - how to make a small space work. Also a small private oasis...
